Position Overview:
As an IT Support Technician, your role will encompass designing, implementing, and maintaining both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure hosting platforms. You will work extensively with Microsoft platform solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security of IT systems.

Main Responsibilities:

Plan, design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions.
Monitor system performance, capacity, and health to proactively resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular tests.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams.

Qualifications:
We require a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in large multi-site organizations. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with Microsoft solutions and hold a Professional Certification, such as Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate.
