As a Procurement Specialist at NOV Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing purchasing operations and ensuring timely delivery of products. With your expertise in procurement within the oil and gas sector, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance our procurement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Execute ERP purchasing signals efficiently.
- Maintain ERP data and support automation initiatives.
- Engage with suppliers for competitive pricing and maximum IKTVA score.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and manage payments to suppliers.
- Collaborate with logistics for shipping arrangements and resolve cargo issues.
- Work with departments to support their needs and improve departmental KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to HSE compliance.
- Follow all company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in procurement or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in procurement is a plus.
- Familiarity with ARM ERP system and oil and gas terminology.
