We are a leading player in Saudi Arabia's oil and gas sector, providing various services such as scaffolding, maintenance, and more. We aim to enhance our purchasing and customs clearance processes and seek a motivated individual to contribute to our success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Purchasing and Customs Clearance Process.
  • Receive and track purchase requisitions from end-users and issue the Daily PR Pending Report.
  • Ensure timely product delivery.
  • Negotiate with local and foreign suppliers for cost reduction opportunities.
  • Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with clearance agents for timely material delivery.
  • Manage office asset maintenance and consumable supplies.
  • Arrange vehicles for the Al Jubail office as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:
Undertake any other tasks assigned by management.

Professional Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Diploma or High School Certificate.
  • 12 years of office experience in procurement or purchasing processes.
  • Knowledge of purchase processing and best practices in procurement.
