As a vital part of our team, you will establish a client base through direct sales to secure business, ensuring we meet or exceed our room night sales and revenue goals. Your active prospecting, client management, and negotiation skills will play a crucial role in our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a client base of organizations and individuals.
• Negotiate rates and contracts for meetings and events.
• Produce monthly sales reports and forecasts.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows and community functions.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to facilitate services for clients.

Qualifications:
You should possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, with 24 years of experience in hotel C&E sales, preferably with supervisory responsibilities. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is an asset. You must be able to handle physical tasks, such as lifting items up to 25 pounds, and have strong communication and organizational skills.
