As a critical member of our sales team, you will drive sales, build client relationships, and promote a range of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products to meet the safety needs of various industries. Your role will involve:
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify potential clients and develop sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on PPE products and provide technical support to customers.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and suggest improvements.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare sales reports and collaborate with the marketing team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in PPE or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards and excellent negotiation skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
With a background in business administration or marketing and 12 years of related experience, you will be equipped to succeed in this role. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
