- Provide training and technical support to the sales team.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and present them to senior management.
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and distribution to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
- Follow new trends in the market and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements for the job applicant:
- At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical product sales.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage the team.
- In-depth knowledge of medical products and pharmaceuticals.
- The ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Possess strong analytical skills to understand market data.
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
- Ability to use computer software for sales management and reporting.
