Join Guardian Glass as an Inside Sales Specialist!
Guardian Glass is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for the AME region to join our glass manufacturing plant in Al Jubail. This role is crucial in driving sales remotely and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and market understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling Guardian products remotely, utilizing an office-based environment.
  • Efficient planning and forecasting based on market demand and plant capabilities.
  • Support the commercial team in maintaining forecasts using Kinaxis.
  • Share valuable market insights proactively with the team.
  • Maintain and expand the market share by addressing customer needs and expectations.
  • Align activities with Guardian principles and PBM culture.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in industrial or construction sectors.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with detail orientation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
