We are urgently looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant/Secretary to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role is vital for managing our organization’s operations and supporting our team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly agendas.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Control department documents while maintaining utmost confidentiality.
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms.
• Draft Minutes of Meeting (MOM), circulate them to attendees, and keep records.
• Develop and maintain an efficient filing system.

Other Terms:
Total Salary: 3000 SAR + 35% of Basic Salary (for allowances).
Duty Hours: 8 hours.
Contract Duration: 2 years.
Vacation: At the end of the 2-year contract.
