We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Secretary to support our managerial team in Jubail, KSA. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operation within our petrochemical/oil company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative assistance to the management team.
• Manage document control and filing efficiently.
• Maintain schedules, prepare reports, and handle correspondence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in an administrative assistant role within a petrochemical or oil company.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP, focusing on PR/PO creation.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Package:
- Gross Salary: SAR 5000 - SAR 6000 (including HRA and TRA)
- Contract Duration: 1 year, renewable
- Duty Hours: 8 hours per day
- Other Benefits: As per Saudi law

Qualifications:

• Preferably a Saudi National.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
• Minimum 35 years of technical experience in the Mechanical Seal Industry.
• Knowledge of Centrifugal Pumps, Agitators, Mixers, Blowers, and Wet Mechanical Seals.
• Able to read and understand ANSI, Engineering Drawings, and Tolerances.
• Capable of independently installing mechanical seals and troubleshooting on site.
