In this role, you will ensure that our facilities remain tidy and clean while mentoring your team to achieve high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service schedules, plan staff work schedules, and prepare necessary arrangements.
  • Supervise employees during their duties, including dusting, sweeping floors, cleaning restrooms, and changing linens.
  • Encourage compliance with housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Intermediate education required.
- Proficient in Arabic.
