Join the Otad Al-Riyada factory for paints and chemical products as a Human Resources Operations Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing procedures, systems, and forms related to employee attendance monitoring and contributing to the application of leave policies and procedures. You will also update employee-related information and professionally handle their complaints and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Working Conditions: Flexible working hours during morning shifts. Work is six days a week.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing procedures, systems, and forms related to employee attendance monitoring and contributing to the application of leave policies and procedures. You will also update employee-related information and professionally handle their complaints and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Attendance and leave monitoring systems.
- Implementing promotion, secondment, and termination procedures.
- Handling employee complaints and escalating issues to management.
- Updating employee-related information and preparing documents and reports.
Qualifications:
- Three-year diploma after high school in Human Resources.
- HRM certification.
- 3 years of practical experience.
- Advanced skills in invoicing, supervision, training, and report preparation.
Working Conditions: Flexible working hours during morning shifts. Work is six days a week.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience on construction projects.
- Technical knowledge of site management activities, including the understanding of Engineering drawings and related specifications.
- Familiarity with Bill of quantities (BoQ) and construction standards of installations and equipment.
- Awareness of Basic safety standards in Construction sites.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
