Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone inquiries about the company's services following standard scripts and procedures.
- Ensure calls are answered in a timely manner and handled effectively.
- Document all details of telephone conversations and actions taken.
- Guide and train junior Call Center Agents to maximize the quality of service.
- Build customer interest in our services and products.
- Maintain existing databases with updates on each customer status.
- Diploma Degree in Business Administration or higher.
- New graduates are welcome; experience in customer service or insurance is preferred.
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage physical demands of the role.
