1. Customer Reception: Greeting and welcoming customers upon their arrival.
2. Processing Transactions: Handling payments in cash or by credit cards accurately and quickly.
3. Issuing Invoices: Printing and providing invoices to customers while ensuring their accuracy.
4. Cash Management: Keeping the cash drawer secure and monitoring available cash levels.
5. Handling Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer questions and providing assistance as needed.
6. Recording Orders: Accurately entering orders into the system and ensuring they match the invoices.
7. Closing Customer Accounts: Handling final payments upon customer departure.
8. Dealing with Complaints: Addressing any complaints or issues that may arise during the payment process.
9. Cleaning the Work Area: Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
10. Collaboration with the Team: Working closely with the service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
