Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and verify invoices related to accounts payables.
• Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records in our ERP system.
• Set invoices up for payment and prepare electronic transfers and payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and correspond with vendors to address inquiries.
• Produce monthly reports and assist with month-end closing.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits and ensure compliance with VAT rules.
• Continuously improve the payment process.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Auditing financial claims and ensuring that their legal and financial requirements are complete.
• Preparing, organizing, and documenting disbursement documents and following up on their audit.
• Monitoring ongoing and capital expenses and preparing the monthly financial position.
• Preparing accounting entries and recording financial transactions.
• Developing accounting methods and procedures and keeping up with scientific development.
• Preparing documents and specialized reports in the field of expense and revenue accounting.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or financial management.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Manager (CPM), SOCPA, and CFA are preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
