This crucial role is responsible for overseeing the daily accounting operations, ensuring adherence to compliance and reporting standards, and assisting the Director of Finance to implement the hotel's financial strategy according to established policies and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily accounting operations, mentor staff, and ensure effective teamwork.
  • Verify daily bank balances and review credit card reconciliations for the Director of Finance's approval.
  • Ensure accuracy of the General Cashier report and oversee daily revenue deposits.
  • Perform month-end accounts reconciliation of all general ledger balances.
  • Review monthly reports such as the F&B report and Cost Controller's report.
  • Ensure timely tax payments and filings, and resolve any variances.
  • Prepare various monthly reports as required by management.
  • Assist the Director of Finance with accounting policy application, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting records for easy retrieval.
  • Stay updated with new regulations and Accor policies.

Qualifications:
Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
