Join Gulf Power Marine Company as an Accountant – Accounts Receivable!
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our accounts receivable. This role is essential in ensuring accurate monitoring of customer purchase orders and collection processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor customer purchase orders and update the status of open orders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of invoices to customers.
  • Regularly check and send statements of account to customers.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Reconcile statements of account and investigate customer queries.
  • Monitor customer account details for payments and irregularities.
  • Follow up on collections and allocate payments appropriately.
  • Prepare regular collection reports and maintain customer account files.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
