We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our accounts receivable. This role is essential in ensuring accurate monitoring of customer purchase orders and collection processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our accounts receivable. This role is essential in ensuring accurate monitoring of customer purchase orders and collection processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer purchase orders and update the status of open orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of invoices to customers.
- Regularly check and send statements of account to customers.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Reconcile statements of account and investigate customer queries.
- Monitor customer account details for payments and irregularities.
- Follow up on collections and allocate payments appropriately.
- Prepare regular collection reports and maintain customer account files.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
