As a leader in the workspace domain since 2014, we are on the lookout for an exceptional Branch Manager to drive growth at our Al Khobar location.

Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will lead the Experience Officers team, focusing on customer satisfaction, achieving sales goals, and efficient branch operations. The role includes mentoring the team, driving business growth, and enhancing the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Management: Oversee, guide, and support the service team, setting performance goals, and conducting evaluations.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high-level customer service through coaching and managing escalations.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations and coordinate with departments for maintenance and support.
  • Sales & Growth: Collaborate with sales and marketing to achieve revenue targets and promote services.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Regularly report on performance, feedback, and updates to the Sales Operations Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 13 years in a similar role.
  • Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Operations & Sales Knowledge: Understanding of coworking space operations.
  • Business Acumen: Proven track record in meeting targets.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in business technology and software.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work outside of normal hours.
