Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly balance sheet and profit & loss analysis.
• Prepare and review monthly reconciliations for balance sheets and profit & loss statements.

• Oversee payroll processes and maintain accurate timesheets.
• Maintain precise records using Oracle accounting software.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and analyses as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:

• An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• At least 13 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• A strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book, manage and track day-to-day transactions under QuickBooks.
• Track and manage accounts receivable and payable aging.
• Prepare payments, posting cash, and perform bank reconciliations.
