Key Responsibilities:

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service.
• Welcome guests, lead them to their tables, and ensure their needs are met during their stay.
• Manage reservations and maintain a well-organized reservation book.
• Prepare the outlet before service begins and ensure it is clean and inviting.
• Coordinate with the service team for arrangement adjustments based on reservations.
• Maintain a close, friendly, yet discreet contact with guests, assuring their satisfaction.
• Stay informed about menu items and current promotions to effectively assist guests.

Education & Qualifications:
You should ideally possess a diploma or degree in hospitality along with 2 to 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage Department within a hotel. Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
