The main tasks include: • Managing recruitment and hiring processes and conducting personal interviews • Following up on employee affairs such as appointments, promotions, vacations, and terminations • Preparing and updating job descriptions and performance evaluations • Organizing and implementing training and development programs for employees • Managing payroll, benefits, and insurance systems • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and the company's internal policies • Preparing periodic reports related to human resources performance.
