Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory and Stock Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the inventory system, ensuring that stock levels are accurate, and maintaining inventory records.

Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is well-organized and properly stored.
  • Stock Control: Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and ensure accurate stock reporting.
  • Order Management: Process inventory orders, track shipments, and ensure the timely replenishment of stock.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, enter data into inventory management systems, and generate reports for management review.
  • Warehouse Organization: Ensure that the warehouse is organized, clean, and efficient for easy access to inventory to reduce the risk of errors.
  • Procurement Coordination: Work closely with the purchasing and accounting team to coordinate inventory needs and forecast future stock requirements.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of inventory meets company standards and work with vendors or suppliers to resolve issues when necessary.
  • Stock Audits: Assist in periodic stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience of 25 years in inventory control, stock management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management software and systems (*, Odoo or other ERP systems).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to track and report inventory data accurately.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach to inventory management and stock control.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus).
