We are working with an international construction company that specializes in cutting-edge insulated building technologies. This role is based in Khobar and reports to the Supply Chain Manager.
Job Purpose and Role Objectives:

Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes by fostering effective communication and resolving inefficiencies.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, 2+ years in coordination roles, and proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software are essential.

- Oversee accurate tracking and recording of material movements, including raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and goods in transit.
- Ensure compliance with inventory and warehouse procedures to maintain stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with accounting for timely processing of purchase orders and invoices, minimizing payment delays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Material Tracking and Recording: Manage and track all material movements ensuring timely and accurate inventory records. Conduct regular checks on material handling and storage.
- Inventory and Warehouse Management Compliance: Enforce inventory policies and conduct audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Warehouse Procedure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all material handling procedures and coordinate with related teams.
- Coordination with Accounting and Invoice Processing: Collaborate to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and resolving discrepancies.
- Process Enhancement: Identify improvement areas and implement solutions while staying updated on industry trends.
