Join our Team as an IT Technician!
We are seeking a qualified Saudi IT Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.).
  • Check computer hardware for functionality, including HDDs, mice, keyboards, etc.
  • Install and configure software according to specifications.
  • Develop and maintain local networks to optimize performance.
  • Ensure the security and privacy of network and computer systems.
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and equipment.
  • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance effectively.
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Maintain logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.
  • Identify shortages in computer or network equipment and place orders.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a relevant position.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
  • Knowledgeable in internet security and data privacy principles.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Certification as an IT Technician (*, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is advantageous.

The position is located in Khobar and is limited to Saudi nationals. Experience is preferred.
