• Provide administrative and secretarial support for the marketing office.
• Coordinate and arrange appointments and schedules.
• Maintain filing system and handle daily correspondence, including financial documents such as purchase orders and expense claims.
• Act as the point of contact for agencies and vendors regarding billing matters.
• Assist in creating and implementing Marketing activities including collateral creation, promotions, advertising, and market analysis.
• Maintain and update hotel listings in various media.
• Conduct site inspections and liaise with the F&B department to promote outlets.
• Assist with competition checks and benchmarking regularly.
• Create office presentations and create and manage marketing give-aways and collateral.
• Upload and maintain image storage systems.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Identity guidelines.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and suppliers.
