Join Kempinski Hotels as a Front Office Agent!
We are seeking a dedicated individual who will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our hotel guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring check-in and check-out procedures are carried out efficiently and in accordance with Kempinski procedures and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check in arriving guests and check out departing guests in a friendly manner.
  • Verify guests' methods of payment and follow established credit-checking procedures.
  • Handle front office cashier transactions and balance cash float at the end of the shift.
  • Respond to guests' requests and inquiries in a caring manner.
  • Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping.
  • Maintain the neatness of your working area.
