Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description:
The role of the receptionist is to greet visitors and clients, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate reference. They will also handle incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, or refer them to the relevant party, and maintain records of visitors.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and clients, providing the necessary information.
  • Inform the concerned reference about visitors and clients and guide them.
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries.
  • Make internal communications to obtain required information.
  • Organize interview appointments and record clients' names.
  • Adhere to procedural guidelines and policies.

Qualifications: A diploma one year after high school in Business Administration.

Work Experience: One year.

  • Know-how of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with office equipment (*, printers, fax machines).
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
