Key Responsibilities:

• Report administratively and functionally to the Operation Manager.
• Perform a variety of routine tasks related to sales.
• Coordinate requests, prepare RFQs, and send them to suppliers.
• Prepare offer documents and send them to clients.
• Follow up on assigned action items.
• Respond to incoming emails and telephone calls; provide information and assistance.
• Liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.
• Answer customer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
• Calculate total price and tax on merchandise purchased by customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good command of Arabic & English.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Minimum High School diploma.
• 1+ years' experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work as needed.
• Skills in contract negotiation and completion.
• Creative and capable of meeting sales goals.
