Your Job Duties
At Chalhoub, creativity is the result of collective effort! You will be responsible in your role as a store supervisor for leading a sales team to achieve sales targets while providing an exceptional experience for the guests.
  • Enhancing team talent through on-the-job training.
  • Enhancing employee satisfaction scores through cultural initiatives and employee experiences.
  • Supervising daily store operations.
  • Providing support to store staff during events.
  • Acting as the main point of contact with the back office team.
  • Working to achieve revenue goals and increase sales in the store.
