Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through market research and targeted outreach.
- Proactively reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote the company’s services to clients.
- Close sales deals to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns.
- Maintain an understanding of the company's services and address client needs.
- Update and manage the CRM system with accurate information on leads.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to create regional sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in sales and lead generation.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in sales-related software.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market; experience in the laundry industry is a plus.
