- Accurately record and relay food and beverage orders to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring compliance with service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
- Process payments accurately and handle transactions with professionalism.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage service.
- Experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- English proficiency is advantageous.
Working Conditions:- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
