• Sell a range of goods and services to customers.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic skills in using software applications.
• Preliminary knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and consumer guidance.
• Deep understanding of job responsibilities and communication channels.
• Proficiency in Arabic (advanced) and knowledge of English (beginner).

We are looking for a sales representative to work with our team in our new headquarters (Al-Qarawi Gallery) on King Abdulaziz Road opposite Al-Rashed Mall

Job details:

• Meet the monthly sales target.
• Welcome all customers directly upon their entry to the showroom.
• Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to the official dress code.
• Keep the workplace clean.
• Maintain the organization of the stockroom.
• Work with other department colleagues in the periodic inventory process.
• Continuously work on self-education to increase knowledge of goods and existing brands.
• Provide high-level customer service by treating the customer professionally, listening to them, giving them attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication through messages and all available means, and informing the customer of all new products.
• Handle customer complaints positively and try to solve the issue, escalating it to the direct manager if the problem cannot be solved.
• Handle exchange and return requests for all customers according to the applicable instructions.
• Follow management’s instructions regarding labor laws.
• Follow the company's safety and security instructions and fully cooperate with the security department.
• Work on attracting new customers, maintaining current ones, and working on bringing back former customers and motivating them to return to purchase.
• Continuously organize the goods in the showroom and return them to their original state.
• Consult the showroom manager about any issue obstructing the workflow to solve it.
• Follow all instructions issued by management.
