Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Representative to work with our team at our new location (Al-Qarawi Gallery) on King Abdulaziz Road opposite Al-Rashed Mall

Job Details:

• Achieving the monthly sales target.
• Welcoming every customer directly upon their entry to the showroom.
• Maintaining a proper appearance and adhering to the official dress code.
• Keeping the workplace clean.
• Maintaining the organization of the stockroom.
• Working with other department colleagues on the regular inventory process.
• Continuously working on self-education to increase knowledge of available merchandise and brands.
• Providing high-level customer service by treating customers professionally, listening to them, giving them attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication through messages and all available means, informing customers about new merchandise.
• Dealing with customer complaints positively and attempting to resolve the issue, escalating the matter to the direct manager if resolution is not possible.
• Handling exchange and return requests from all customers according to established instructions.
• Following management instructions regarding labor laws.
• Adhering to the company's safety and security instructions and fully cooperating with the security department.
• Working to attract new customers while retaining current ones and encouraging former customers to return and make purchases.
• Continuously organizing merchandise in the showroom and returning it to its normal position.
• Consulting with the showroom manager on any issues obstructing workflow to resolve them.
• Following all instructions issued by management.
