Job Title: Receptionist and Customer Service Employee
Employment Contract: Temporary for two months (starting the job now)
Working hours 6 days a week (Friday is a day off)
Working hours:
430 PM - 1030 PM
Work location: Razeen (Qatif, Al-Shati neighborhood)
Required Skills:
- Good conduct
- Communication and customer interaction skills
- Self-reliance
Required Tasks:
- Receiving customers in the store
- Answering customer inquiries and assisting them in choosing fabrics (there will be a training period)
- Entering customer data and measurements into the system, issuing and modifying invoices as needed (another specialized employee will take customer measurements)
- Miscellaneous matters related to customer service: delivering ready orders, receiving amendment requests, answering complaints, etc.
