Inventory Control Specialist

A specialist in inventory monitoring and auditing is required to work in a leading company, where they will be responsible for managing and monitoring the branch in terms of inventory movement, stock shortages, following up on customer debts, and sales. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in inventory and warehouse management, with a high ability for organization and accuracy in work. (Managing employees in the branch) It is important to have a good ability to use Excel. Communicating with customers and employees clearly and conveying information accurately. They will be responsible for the following tasks: Monitoring inventory movement and analyzing daily reports • Determining optimal inventory levels and preparing purchase orders • Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow • Preparing periodic reports on inventory status and deviations • Ensuring compliance with safety and storage quality standards • Using computerized inventory management systems and updating data. Matching customer debt account statements every 3 months. Training will be for a duration of 23 months in the Jeddah branch until training and approval for the Dammam branch.
