Join Our Habitas as an Assistant Front Office Manager!
As a pivotal part of our team, the Assistant Front Office Manager will support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role focuses on maintaining the highest service standards and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a warm, professional welcome and departure for all guests, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, resolving issues efficiently to exceed expectations.
  • Act as a point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring personalized service and special arrangements.
  • Oversee lobby presence, maintaining guest engagement and promoting a positive experience throughout their stay.
  • Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth check-ins/outs and room readiness.
  • Monitor room inventory, availability, and occupancy, assisting in overbooking management and walk-in guest handling.
  • Ensure all shift checklists and reports are completed accurately and timely.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring front office staff, fostering a culture of service excellence.
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts, ensuring proper coverage at all times.
  • Provide regular performance feedback and support professional growth through ongoing training and development.
  • Lead by example, motivating staff to deliver outstanding guest service consistently.
  • Assist in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for front office operations.
  • Monitor billing, cash handling, and credit policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel standards.
  • Support revenue management initiatives by maximizing room occupancy and upselling services.
  • Ensure proficient use of the property management system (PMS) and other front office tools.
  • Train staff in system updates and new technologies to streamline front office processes.
  • Maintain strict control over room keys, guest data, and sensitive information, ensuring security compliance.
  • Prepare and present front office reports and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Communicate daily operational highlights and challenges with the Front Office Manager and other relevant departments.
  • Assist in developing and implementing front office policies and procedures.
