Human Resources Specialist

Tawtead announces the availability of a job opportunity for the position of "Operations and Human Resources Coordinator" to join our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities

Coordination of recruitment operations, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Management of employee records, tracking attendance and leaves, and ensuring databases are up to date.
Processing financial operations, such as payroll preparation and monitoring accounts receivable and payable.
Supporting the implementation of human resources policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Coordinating between different departments to ensure operations run efficiently and effectively.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, accounting, or a related field.
At least two years of experience in human resources, operations, or accounting fields.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word.
The ability to handle information confidentially and professionally.

Knowledge of labor laws and basic accounting procedures.
