- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative duties, including handling correspondence, answering phone calls, and managing office supplies.
- Documentation & Filing: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members, ensuring effective time management.
- Data Entry: Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and company records as needed.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary, and ensure the office environment is clean and well-organized.
- Support for Events & Projects: Provide support in organizing company events, meetings, and special projects as required.
- Communication Assistance: Draft and send internal memos, emails, and reports on behalf of management when needed.
