The Role: Senior Exploration Geologist

We are seeking a Senior Exploration Geologist to join our team in Bishah, Qal‘at Bīshah, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, primary field leadership role responsible for the implementation and delivery of multi or single exploration projects. The role involves managing project teams, ensuring quality technical data delivery, project scheduling, reporting, and budget management. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in exploration geology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead deposit-scale and regional geological interpretation to generate, mature, and rank exploration targets.
• Design and supervise drilling, sampling, mapping, and geophysical programs, including budget and schedule management.
• Develop and maintain interpretive geological models (2D & 3D) integrating lithology, structure, alteration, mineralisation, geochemistry, petrology, and geophysics.
• Provide senior-level oversight of advanced drill core and trench logging, ensuring data quality and adherence to best practice standards.
• Design, implement, and monitor exploration QA/QC programs, reviewing analytical results and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare high-quality internal exploration reports and contribute to public, statutory, and regulatory reporting as required.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Project, Junior, and Graduate Geologists.
• Identify and evaluate new geological techniques, technologies, and workflows to improve exploration efficiency and data quality.

Required Qualifications and Attributes
