About the Role:
The Executive Assistant will provide vital support to the MEA managing director, ensuring smooth operational functionality.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Extensive diary management, resolving potential conflicts across time zones.
  • Coordinating and facilitating meetings, along with note-taking as required.
  • Managing communications on behalf of the managing director, including emails and stakeholder interactions.
  • Planning and organizing multiple demands while minimizing conflicting pressures.
  • Producing high-quality documents in line with organizational templates and standards.
  • Contributing to project administration and customer relationship management.

Requirements:
  • Experience in the GCC region with a strong knowledge of managing inboxes and communications.
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with senior assistants and stakeholders globally.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office 365 and Oracle.
  • Comprehensive verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
