Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the Health Club & SPA operations.
- Assist the head of the department with assigned tasks.
- Maintain department files and records efficiently.
- Welcome and assist guests and visitors.
- Design training schedules suitable for members in the fitness area.
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness through regular inspections.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Enforce safety regulations for all users.
- Protect equipment and assets from misuse.
- Participate in training initiatives provided by the Learning & Development department.
