Host

A host is required to work in a fine restaurant, having an elegant appearance, an attractive personality, and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. He will be responsible for welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables, and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay at the restaurant. He must have at least one year of experience in the same field and have the ability to work under pressure. Main tasks: • Welcoming guests with a smile and greeting, and organizing the waiting list • Coordinating reservations and managing phone calls • Ensuring cleanliness and order in the reception area • Dealing with customer complaints efficiently and professionally • Continuous coordination with the service team to ensure quick seating for guests • Maintaining a professional and elegant appearance throughout the work period.
