About the Role: We are seeking a qualified أخصائي عمليات موارد بشرية to join our team at شركة عبدالرحمن سعود العجلان وشركاه المحدوده. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our HR operations while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement procedures and systems for monitoring employee attendance and managing leave requests.
  • Supervise the application of annual and sick leave policies, as well as other leave types as specified in the official regulations.
  • Address employee complaints and inquiries professionally, escalating issues to management when appropriate.
  • Update employee information and maintain accurate records of promotions, training, salary-related matters, and benefits.
  • Prepare specialized HR documents and reports, providing suitable recommendations and solutions, and ensure their secure storage according to established policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proficient in supervision, report preparation, consultation, and managing employee attendance.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English is preferred.
Working Hours: Full-time, morning shift.
