We are looking for an outstanding individual to implement the procedures and systems related to monitoring employee attendance and contribute to the application of leave policies and procedures. You will handle employee complaints and inquiries skillfully, in addition to preparing documents and reports related to human resources operations.
  • Main Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Implement employee attendance and leave monitoring procedures.
    • Apply annual and sick leave policies.
    • Handle employee complaints professionally.
    • Update employee-related information.
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
    • Work experience of at least one year.
    • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification preferred.
    • Ability to speak Arabic and English.
