As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in reinventing how people shop for their daily essentials within Careem Grocery. We are a startup within a startup, striving to solve exciting challenges and achieve our ambitious objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Lead day-to-day inventory management activities including stock counting, adjustments, and investigations.
- Ensure seamless coordination across workstations and optimize workflows.
- Manage and motivate a team of pickers, conducting shift planning and task allocations.
- Run training programs and maintain dashboards to monitor inventory accuracy.
- Support rollouts of new operational initiatives while maintaining a safety-first culture.
What You'll Need:
- 4+ years of experience in inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
