Join Hill International as a Project Scope and Quality Control Specialist!
We are seeking a skilled and experienced specialist to join our team focused on water and wastewater projects. You will play a crucial role in defining, managing, and overseeing project scopes and quality control processes to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Project Scope Management:
    • Define and maintain project scope statements and plans.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and establish objectives.
    • Monitor and assess scope changes and their potential impacts.
    • Implement change control procedures effectively.
  • Quality Control:
    • Develop quality control plans ensuring compliance with standards.
    • Conduct inspections and audits for quality assessment.
    • Collaborate with teams to address quality issues timely.
    • Review and approve deliverables against quality criteria.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify risks related to scope and quality; develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Communicate risks and plans to stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate project documentation.
    • Prepare reports on scope and quality performance.
    • Present updates to teams and management.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Strong knowledge of project management processes and experience with Primavera Unifier will be advantageous.
