Responsibilities:

• Sell the full range of company’s products to assigned customers.
• Provide feedback on competition activity in your area.
• Ensure proper implementation of planograms.
• Issue special order requests as needed.
• Collect invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy.
• Prepare all necessary documents for the call cycle or business review.
• Detect and report new customers to your team leader.
• Handle customer complaints and report them accordingly.
• Present customer orders and daily collections to your team leader.
• Issue return forms for defective products as necessary.
• Conduct customer account reconciliations quarterly.
• Perform inventory checks during each visit.
