Job Description: We are looking for an experienced secretary to organize and manage the director/president's appointments, and prepare the necessary memos and reports.

Main Tasks:
  • Organizing appointments and handling inquiries.
  • Corresponding with internal and external parties.
  • Attending meetings and recording minutes.
  • Maintaining documents and files related to the work.
  • Preparing and presenting work reports.

Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Marketing.
  • Professional certifications like MCP, MOS, PHRi, PMI, and CMMP preferred.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
