Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding service in line with Fairmont’s Service Plus Standards.
• Maintain a positive work environment and rapport with colleagues.
• Possess full knowledge of menu items to provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in team briefings and training sessions to enhance guest experiences.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines in food and beverage handling.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in F&B Operations at a luxury venue.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills are a must.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
