Join NOV as an Intercompany Accountant!

At NOV, we are proud of our 150 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. We work as a global family of individuals driven to achieve lasting success. As an Intercompany Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our operations with responsibilities including:
  • Recording intercompany transactions in our ERP and Accounts Payable systems.
  • Processing and matching vendor invoices against receiving and PO quantities and investigating discrepancies.
  • Partnering with colleagues at affiliate companies to reconcile payable/receivable balances.
  • Preparing payment plans and payment vouchers.
  • Clearing payments completed in the system.
  • Monthly balance sheet account reconciliation and aging analyses.
  • Analysis of intercompany billings and payments, including documentation of outstanding amounts.
  • Preparing monthly intercompany accruals.
  • Supporting Accounts Payable processing for 3rd party vendors based on need and capacity.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent, along with experience in processing Accounts Payable.
