Job Title: HR Manager Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Manager Assistant to join our team in Dammam, specifically in the Second Industrial City. In this role, you will support the Human Resources Manager by managing various HR-related administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess robust computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in Iqamah renewal and issuing re-entry visas via Muqeem procedures.
  • Manage contract creation and visa issuance through Qiwa.
  • Handle vehicle authorization and renew Istimarah using the Tamm system.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of Muqeem, Qiwa, and Tamm systems.

This position is open to both male and female applicants.
