- Welcome and greet customers as they enter.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Present the diverse menus of beverages and food, responding to customer inquiries.
- Relay customer feedback to management and suggest improvements to food and drink menus.
- Check and maintain a clean stock of cups and preparation tools.
- Conduct regular checks on equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Take customer orders with attention to detail and preferences.
- Prepare and serve beverages, pastries, and fast food items.
- Handle cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain cleanliness in the food and beverage preparation area.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to find quick solutions to problems arising in the café.
- Quick-witted and attentive, keeping focus on details regarding presentations and customer preferences.
- Enthusiastic and passionate attitude at all times.
- Well-mannered and polite with responses.
- Able to multitask efficiently.
- Experience with coffee and espresso preparation equipment.
- Emotional stability in dealing with work pressures and difficult situations.
- Creative skills in preparing and decorating drinks.
- Commitment to continuous learning and familiarity with the latest techniques in hot and cold beverage preparation.
